Shipping Policy

We Build It When You Order It. We don’t pull your gear from a dusty warehouse stack. To ensure the highest quality control, every piece of Free & Brave apparel is printed and finished on-demand when your order is placed.

1. Production Lead Time Because we operate on a print-on-demand model, please allow 3-6 business days for production before your order ships. This is the time it takes to pick, print, pack, and prep your gear for the field.

2. Domestic Shipping Once your order leaves our facility, standard transit times apply.

  • Standard Ground: [3–5] business days.

  • Expedited: [1–3] business days (if selected at checkout).

3. Order Tracking You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number the second your label is printed. If your tracking says "Label Created" for 24 hours, it means the package is packed and waiting for the carrier pickup.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your gear arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us immediately at support@free-brave.com. We’ll track it down or make it right. We don’t leave a man behind, and we don’t leave a customer hanging.
